I called to confirm the next day that my order was in place, they informed me that they had gotten a new refill from my doctor and that it would be shipped out the 1st week of December, this year. I asked her to please make sure she had my new address and phone number, ( I live out of state), she reassured me she did.
This 3rd time I requested my refill approximately the 28th of Nov.I gave the woman who took the information down my new address and phone number. The 2nd time of my request it was very difficult to have them send out to me once more, they took their time and with an apology from the chief pharmacist it was sent out via FedEx free of shipping charges. Lauderdale to pick up.I told them to mail it. It wasn't ready by the time I was to leave after they informed me it was ready and I drove from Ft. They said they would mail it out to me within that week, or that it would be ready and I could pick it up since I was going to be there anyway. I took the opportunity to have my prescription filled there. I visited their facility in their Hollywood, Florida location while vacationing there.
I have used their mail out service since the beginning of this year. I am greatly concerned over this pharmacy's disregard for their medication filling practice.
